About Us

Meet Catherine

With over twenty years’ experience in corporate life Catherine founded BlueQuay in 2005. CatheCatherine Joycerine is a highly experienced qualified consultant, facilitator and executive coach having more than twelve years’ experience as a line manager in the corporate and voluntary sectors. Working with blue chip companies in the areas of leadership, change and management development, she especially enjoys working with individuals, teams and large groups who are in the process of business change and those who want to grow and develop their leader-managers.

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD,) she is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) and a member of the Institute for Collaborative Leadership (MICL).  Catherine is a professionally qualified coach and has a Diploma in Corporate Coaching. She is also trained in Coaching Supervision.

Working with Leader-Managers

We work with Leader-Managers is to develop their self-awareness, increase self-confidence, build their management competence  and take the learning back into the business in such a way that it makes a real difference to peers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, joint venture partners – and to the leader-managers themselves.

We experience working with Leader-Managers at multiple levels within organisations, from emerging talent to middle, experienced managers to senior executives and board members.

Most frequently, we are invited to work with organisations by developing bespoke leadership development programmes; for targeted executive coaching assignments; to facilitate group process; with the purpose of building team effectiveness. Working with clients over time, often combines some or all of the above… and other approaches, depending on the situation.
